CAMP HOUSING

The riders will be staying at the Shoreline Motel. The camp fee is based on 4 riders per motel suite (when the room has 2 queen beds) or 3 riders (when a room has one queen and a sofabed). For an additional $150 per rider, you can opt for two riders per suite. Rooming lists will be done onsite. *Girls and Boys will not be mixed.

FAMILY-CAREGIVERS-TEAM/CLUB SUPPORT ACCOMMODATION

We welcome families and club support to attend, but ask you do NOT stay at the camp motel. As an option, we have negotiated a 15% discount at the nearby The Bowmont 250-490-0231 and Tiki Shores Motels 250-492-8769. Use the CODE BIKE2025 when booking to receive the preferred rate. Note they have limited inventory at this time.

AIR TRAVEL

Teams and riders requesting transportation from either Penticton or Kelowna airport to Penticton accommodation should contact info@haymanclassic.com.

We are committed to shuttling riders from the Kelowna and Penticton airports to the camp. Please book travel to match the following pickup times:

Penticton (YYF)

  • May 22nd Arrive before 3pm

  • May 25th Depart after 3pm

*check about bike space due to the smaller turbo-prop service

Kelowna (YLW)

  • May 22nd Arrive between 10am and 2pm

  • May 25th Depart after 4pm

Kelowna: The airport is 75kms from Penticton. This is a central hub for the southern interior, with many daily flights from across Canada.
